The general tone of the letter was certainly going to result with a personal visit from me to see the estate manager who would have been reminded that I am her employer and as such, I would not be addressed in a threatening or disrespectful manner.
Your intervention has removed that requirement and I thank you for that.
It may be prudent, however, to reiterate that we are all 'owners' of property here and that the estate manager and indeed the committee are in existence to best serve our collective requirements. Not the other way around.
The duties of employees and elected members are of course difficult on occasion but should not be exacerbated by angering or annoying residents without cause.
