Real Name: Daisuke Sano
Born in Taisho 8, July 25, 1919 and died in 2000.
In Showa 24 (1949), he started the production of small pots by affixing only his own designs but confident molding to other potters.
Having previously gained experience through her work in drawing up the hand Yuzen style (type of drawing or coloring method), it gives this style to date by applying it to the pots, strengths being representations of characters and landscapes, flowers and birds.
To Showa 40 (1965), his younger brother Sano Shitarou cooked in pots Imaokamachinao furnace. Would have the opportunity to create a collaboration between the two brothers, the younger molding and general painting.
Their production is known by lovers of small bonsai pots, especially popular in the Kanto region (region encompassing Tokyo).
Familiarly called "the Daisuke pots", it offers a wide variety of designs and shapes.
