Just want to update you all that, right now, the temporary CyberTech is currently recording voice call without any problem. While we were in the trouble situation without any luck and help from Calabrio, the purchased product who left us in this darkness, we could make it through, So I would like to say thank you for your effort, helping my customer and us to meet their target.
After we pass this situation, the customer may want a good reason from Calabrio Thailand of making things so messy like this. All of us, including the customer themselves, were all in trouble, and what were they try to resolve the issue except an email? they might now know that this trouble from their carelessly confirmation may be worse enough that someone might be punished to be fired, not my side, I means the customer’s project owner.
