URINARY BLADDER: Moderately distended of urinary bladder is noted. Foley’s catheter is noted.
The visualized liver is normal in size and signal intensity. No focal mass is seen. Gallbladder is well distended with no gallstone. No pericholecystic fluid collection is seen. The visualized pancreas and spleen are normal in size and parenchymal signal intensity. No enhancing mass is seen. No pancreatic fluid collection is seen. The left adrenal gland appears unremarkable. The right adrenal gland is not well seen.
Segmental vertebral anomalies are noted, seen as hemivertebra L1 and fusion of L2-L3. Partial agenesis of the sacrum and coccyx is noted. Conus medullaris terminates at L3-L4.
IMPRESSION: Quantitative analysis of excretory function and Patlak graph is limited due to image quality
1. Abnormal orientation of the right kidney with incomplete double collection systems (bifid renal pelves and single ureter) associated with severe right hydroureter.
2. Single collecting system of the left kidney with moderate hydroureter associated with several renal cortical cysts.
3. Segmental vertebral anomaly of the lumbar spine with partial agenesis of sacrum and coccyx.
4. Tethered cord, conus medullaris terminated at L3-L4.
