With reference to the record above, we are able to summarize as following;
The increased rate:
The office rental was increased at the rate of 1.85% by renewing the new contract with TCCCPM at the same rate with TCC Group
The unchanged rate:
Following we have thoroughly reviewed the existing vendors, we decided to continued the contract with some of vendor i.e. Access Control, Sliding Door, warehouse, Hybrid Hub and so on due to their quality of service met our satisfaction level and reasonable rate provided. Mostly of the vendors are remain unchanged their rate from existing contract since we have negotiated to hold the existing rate for another year. Moreover, Pest Control service provider has offered the same rate with additional 1 time of service from 4 times to 5 times per year.
The decreased price
o The office space at 55th Floor – unit 5502/2 was returned to TCCCPM and transferred the contract to TCC Land from new structure.
o The janitor service was decreased 31.41% from 3 maids transferred to TCC Land
