3D LASER SCANNING is non-contact technology that allows quickly capture all of the physical measurements of any physical object. Produced multi-laser precision surface data can be used straight in 3D printing or for building solid models.
Scans are utilized in manufacturing to create new molds, castings, and fixtures, to make copies of old parts and create rapid prototypes. Scanning makes easy to compare "as-designed" model to "as-built" condition of manufactured part, resulting in higher quality, less cost and better fitting parts.
In art and architecture shapes can be taken from the physical world models created directly from scanned data, or using scans as references.
OUR SCANNER captures objects in full color. Scanned object size has no preset limit; field size is 340 × 255 mm but objects larger than field can be assembled with software. 3D point density on target surface is up to 400 dpi, and dimensional accuracy up to ±0,12 mm (±0,005").
