Verify your domain for Google Apps
Why verify?
If you are the person who signed up your business for Google Apps that makes you the Google Apps Administrator. You need to verify that you own your business domain, such as your-business.com, before you can use Google Apps services, including Gmail. This ensures that no one else can use services or send email that appears to come from your business. Verifying your domain is the first step to setting up Google Apps for your business.
Get started
If verification looks a little technical, don’t worry. It only takes about 5-10 minutes, and we’ll walk you through, step-by-step. If you need help, you can always talk to a Google Support specialist. Choose the verification method that works best for you:
Add a record to your domain settings (Recommended)
Add a verification record to your domain settings. Follow step-by-step instructions to open the Setup Wizard, receive your unique record (either TXT or CNAME depending on the preferences of your domain host), and add it to your domain settings so that Google can verify your domain ownership.

Upload an HTML file to your website
