The procedure for optimizing the extraction process of pesticides has been optimized as per the described by Anjos and De Andrade (2014) [22], which the best parameters obtained in the analysis of pesticides were: solvent (toluene), extraction time (30 min); drop volume (1.0 μL); solution volume (10 mL); stirring rate (200 rpm);with acidification of themedium with HCl and without salt addition since it allows a better extraction of analytes from the aqueous medium.
In order to assess the influence of the alcohol content in real samples of wine on the extraction of pesticides, the SDME technique was evaluated using standard solutions of pesticides prepared in aqueous and alcoholic solutions, with ethanol concentrations ranging from 0% to 40% (v/v), as shown in Fig. 2.
