SB training consists of key strategies including Fast Response, Risk (RPN) Reduction, Standardized Operator Training, Standardized Work, Layered Audits, Error Proofing Verification, C.A.R.E., and Lessons Learned. The ultimate goal of General Motors is a reduction in their quality and warranty costs. By reviewing QSB strategies, suppliers will develop action items for each of the strategies to improve their processes.
