Customer complained about careless customer service staff.On 7/10/2015 around 18.10hrs.The customer informed that she went to the store in order to exchange the promotion products ( Vivo 2 level glasses ) .The customer ask the male customer service staffs who was tall about the products.But the staffs said " its was out of stock now ".Then , the customer asked the staff for the period when the products would comes to stocks again.But, the staffs said there was no specify dates by not looking at the customer and keep setting the products shelf.The customer was very dissatisfied and want the store to improve the staff services.The customer was not convenient to gave a mobile phone.
