Main Purpose of the Job:
To manage and control Nestle's Distributor Partner to meet the company objectives in terms of sales and distribution achievement, Salesforce performance, overall Distributor's operational efficiency and profitability. To contribute to profitability improvement from Distributor to Nestle, particularly TTS and cost to serve expenses.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Sales) or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in field sales (preferably consumer goods or products)
• Result oriented with business acumen and strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to communicate in English with computer literacy
• Able to relocate or mobilize to work in provincial areas with driving license
