Responsibilities :-
Stay up to date with all social media trends and integrate any new platforms or technologies when they become available
Handling minute by minute interactions within social media applications (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) This includes answering questions and comments in regards to the company’s products
Update social network content and make sure the right message is delivered to online audience
Create online campaigns on social media
Create analytical reports and forecast weekly based on social media growth and interaction
Co-operate closely with website development team and marketing team to implement strategies to promote products via social media
