An increase in temperature leads to an increase in adsorption
capacity and also adsorption was increased with increasing pH. The
chestnut shell activated carbon has more adsorption capacity than
grapeseed activated carbon due to its higher surface area and porosity.
Isotherm data fit well to both Langmuir and Freundlich models
for two activated carbons.However, generally higher R2 valueswere
obtained from the Freundlich model for copper adsorption.
