Prepare pie crust and set aside. In a saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Heat and stir over medium-low heat until melted. Add cream cheese and liqueur. Heat and stir until combine. Remove from heat. Stir in first amount of powdered sugar. Spread in pie crust. Arrange strawberries and mixed berries on filling (placing strawberries stem end down). Melt jelly and brush over the berries. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
Let pie stand at room temp for 30 minutes before serving. Beat whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and the orange peels until soft in form. Spoon out onto the top of the pie.
