In this paper, with comprehensive usage of the
knowledge of project management and software
engineering, a fuzzy evaluation model and a risk
transfer algorithm-based model of IT project risk, as
well as risk optimal control algorithm by dynamic
programming are presented; moreover, an example of
using above method to solve a discrete problem is
given. When the project risk exceeds the acceptable
range, the method in this paper can help managers
defuse the risk to make the best decision. The method
lays stress on positive and effective prevention
beforehand instead of passive control to IT project risk,
which lays the foundation for the implementation of
risk prevention by managers in the project planning
phase. Study on integrating the project management
tools and the above mentioned method will be the
focus of the future studies.
