Respond to inquiries from end users either by phone or email and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
Log incidents and service request calls into the helpdesk ticketing system
Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
Install new/rebuild existing desktops, laptops, tablets and phones
Ensure new hire onboarding and departing employees offboarding processes are completed with respect to IT.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
Maintain the company’s equipment register and software licensing register with access rights details
Provide general troubleshooting and maintenance on computer hardware and software for Mac operating systems
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Prepare shipments, where required for daily mail/couriers.
Maintain office security by managing access controls and office keys
Ensure that the kitchen and stationery are well stocked; placing orders when necessary
Any other ad hoc duties as required.
