Economic problems are on top of the 10 issues of high concern of the Thai people, according the result of Suan Dusit Poll.
The poll was carried out on 1,324 people throughout the country between Dec 1-5 to ask what they are most concerned about in the present situation.
The highest number of the respondents, 84.29% pointed to economic problems; 81.27% mentioned political instability; 79.15% terrorism and crimes of all forms; 75.23% corruption; 70.69% lack of unity among people in the country; 62.54% education; 61.63% drugs and influential persons; 57.70% farmers and their living conditions; 54.38% religion, culture, traditions and morality; and 51.36% natural resources and environment.
