The data presented in this study provides a multilevel structure, where employees are nested within organizations. Therefore, the data is analyzed by the means of multilevel analysis, which captures the different levels (individual and organizational level) and determines their interaction. Employees within the same organizations inevitably share some features. These features can range from organizational structure, strategy, management style and organizational size to the geographic location, the organizational culture, the products or services an organization deals with or purely by the interaction between different employees
