The study reveals a well-defined fat-containing mass at anteromedial aspect of right mid thigh involved vastus medialis muscle. this mass is measured about 6.1x4.8 x10.5cm (AP x transverse x vertical diemsions) The upper border is below pubic symphysis about 11.7 cm
This mass shows mininal faint enhancing non-lipomatous component. This lesion causes posteromedial displacement of the superficcal femoral vessels without encasement This mass also causes pressure effect upon the sartorius and rectus femoris muscles There is no cortical destruction abnormal marrow signal intensity or enhancement The rest of visualized muscles show normal size and signal intensity The visualized neurovascular bundles are intact No significant enlarged lymph node is obseved
