Warm sunshine is falling on a mi leaf where a grasshopper is dozing. His forelegs are crossed casually beneath his green head. On the ground below, struggling along between the towering blades of grass, a red ant carries a huge seed. The grasshopper awakes, stretches out his papery wings, and yawns. "Ant! You're working too hard. You're wasting this gorgeous day. The ant, almost breathless, replies, "I'm wasting it? You're the one just sitting around on his rear segment. You'll be sorry when winter comes. The grasshopper laughs and says, "Does this look like winter? Hey, Take a break and play some cards." The ant rolls his eyes and moves on toward his colony's food storehouse.
