Starbucks ideal customer is a business man/woman that is always on the go. Their ideal customer is very diverse and uses the Internet to do business work and enjoy the atmosphere Starbucks provides.. They also like a customer that works for a big office that will pick up pastries in the morning or coffee for all his/her co-workers. Starbucks “new” customer is someone that is well rounded, well educated, and fairly young with a lower income.
