Although the concentrations of mineral elements in the wines produced with dried grapes were greater than those observed in the control wines, these levels are below the limits established by Mercosul wine legislation and OIV maximum acceptable limits, for As (0.5 mg/L), Ca (300.0 mg/L expressed as calcium oxide), Na(230.0 mg L1), Pb (0.30 mg L1), Cu (1.0 mg L1) and Zn(5.0 mg L1)(MERCOSUL, 1996; OIV, 2012).
