1) Fire alarm annunciator sub-panel: Currently it is located at the G/F EE room of one building in each plot of land, and the EE room is normally locked for safety reason. There is also no staff attendance to the EE room to our understanding. Hence it seems that we can delete these annunicator sub-panels to save costs, because there is one main annunicator panel at the Club control room 24-hrs monitored by AGS staff. Could AGS confirm whether this deletion is acceptable so that WSP can amend the design in the tender addendum?
2) Hotel Reception annunciator panel: In the original design and the current VE design there has no fire annuciator panel at the Lobby A 1/F hotel reception desk and we would like to confirm that this is accepted by AHS/AGS. (only monitored at the G/F control room)
3) Hot water to kitchen sink: In the current design the hot water heater (18KW) at suite bathroom supply water to both bathroom and kitchen sink. Since hot water to kitchen sink may not be necessary in Thailand and it may affect the hot water supply stability to the bath/shower, we would suggest to delete hot water supply to the sink. Could AHS/AGS please advise again?
4) Balcony door contact sensor to A/C system – we understand its advantage but this is normally not provided and it has additional costs. We would not require WSP to amend the tender design at this moment but we like to know whether this can be deleted later if the return tenders exceeds our budget.
