I confirmed that system not yet on 24x7 support plan under OpenText, just found out your last renewal order simply on standard support plan.
Please take note on the following:
- support plan type change is not allowed in mid-term of contract period, it must pay in full for the whole year,
- unless you immediately renewal for another term, you cannot change any configuration including adding DR redundant license as all redundant pricing required a production system to paired with
- channel license not allow to split and transferred to another system
