Understood your point regarding movement plan revision. I believed you that root cause of the problem is due to incorrect manifest submission by Harbour Navigation/BKK (or its subcontractors/co-loader) as shipping agent in BKK which should not have happened. FYI, attached is the shipment notification we received and all the details on B/L are complete. We check the B/L and reply to them already at the time. However, we cannot control how they deal with the manifest and we cannot check then the problem was later found by customs upon processing formability.
Regarding the movement plan, the first plan was sent out before the problem was found. One we have notify and got confirmation from the agent that they will complete amendment, accordingly to their commitment, we have our truck standby for the movement and sent out revised movement plan with condition that the amendment process is completed. However, until now, the agent still cannot complete amendment and the customs formality is still pending. They are now asking for more documents that we need to support.
For future communication, we will wait until input from other concerned parties are really complete and settled before sending out movement plan to avoid unnecessary revision.
