You mentioned in point no. 1 that system is designed for NEGATIVE PRESSURE -350 mbar g. But I need to know the resistance for positive pressure. Probably it will be almost same. IN MY OPINION THE BAG FILTER MAKING FROM CARBON STEEL , THICKNESS 3.0 mm ,WITH ALL PLATE PARTS AND TOP COVER 10.0 mm. CAN EASILY WITHSTAND 1.0 BAR.
ALL THE BUTTERFLY AND SLIDE GATE VALVE ,WE WILL USE IS THE STANDARD ONES, MOSTLY USE WITH WATER SO IT WILL BE 10 BAR.
Based on your notice in point 6: …… WE WILL PUT THE EXPLOSIVE PANEL FROM OUR PRINCIPLE, STIFF FRANCE ONTO OUR BAG FILTER. I guess you never received the vent area calculation according the valid standard from STIFF. If I am wrong let me know.YOU ARE RIGHT THAT WE MOSTLY NEVER RECEIVE THE DETAILED CALCULATION OF VENT PANEL LIKE YOU HAVE SENT FROM STIFF.
To be able offer you the complete solution I need to know dust explosion characteristics of PVC dust. Do you know the value of pmax and Kst. The reason is that mostly before the delivery of venting panels we provide to customer the explosion vent area calculation. The customer can be sure that the explosion protection solution is done by supplier knowledge and also valid standards and it is correct. Only put the venting panel on bag filter unit without any sense only based on someone said me to do it is not good way. However you can see the example of vet area calculation done for company Advance Air Industry in Singapore and the result – installed panel on dust collector on picture.
If you don’t know the value of pmax and Kst we use for calculation some usual characteristics for such kind of dust.
WE DO NOT KNOWN MUCH ABOUT THE CHARACTERISTIC OF THE PVC DUST, I ALSO THINK THE CLIENT DO NOT KNOWN EITHER.
IN THAILAND THIS KIND OF THING IS VERY VERY NEW, PEOPLE DO NOT CARE MUCH ABOUT IT, BUT THIS CLIENT IS VERY MUCH IN THE HIGH END LEVEL CLASS SO THEY CONCERN.
BESIDE OF LACKING OF THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SAFETY ISSUE ON DUST EXPLOSION, ANOTHER ONE MAJOR REASON IS OUR WHEATEAR IS SO WET, THE DUST EXPLOSION IS NOT THAT EASY TO OCCUR
THAT IS WHY EVEN OUR PROTECTION IS NO GOOD BUT THE DUST EXPLOSION IS STILL NEARLY NEVER HAPPEN. SO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY GOOD ANALYSIS ON ANY PRODUCT.
In case of whole point of view on technology misses me the explosion protection of dust bin or certified explosion isolation between bag filter hopper and dust bin – for example rotary valve certified according EN 15089.
I WILL SENT YOU ALL THE DOCUMENT FROM THE CLINT, MAY BE CAN GIVE YOU MORE INFORMATION THAN WHAT I CAN.
