Team Administrator – PR Agency- Temp to Perm- London- £18,000+
A fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator to work with a fast growing PR company based in London. They are looking for a bright and organised individual to help with:
Responding to enquiries by phone and email
Arranging travel, meetings and appointments
Recording office expenditure and managing various budgets
Updating company databases
Ensuring all office supplies are ordered
Organising all company events and meetings
Supporting senior management with admin tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and skills:
Great communication skills - competent and polite verbal / written manner
Able to multitask and keep to deadlines
Exceptional organisational skills
Close attention to detail
Good general IT skills, excellent PowerPoint
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
