1. Graduate Diploma
A comprehensive program of study which emphasizes on academic and professional development. Applicant must have a bachelor degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. The program consists of at least 24 credits of study.
2. Master’s Degree
A program of study which emphasizes on academic and research development in various areas at a level higher than a bachelor degree or a graduate diploma. The program consists of at least 36 credits of study with 2 study plans to choose from :
- Plan A : Research only
Plan A 1 - Thesis only with 36 credits. Student may be assigned additional audit course work.
Plan A 2 - Combined course work and thesis with at least 18 credits, and 12-18 course work credits.
- Plan B : Course work only with a self-study of at least 6 credits.
3. Higher Graduate Diploma
A comprehensive program of study which emphasizes on academic and professional development. Applicant must have a 6 years of bachelor degree, a master degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. The program consists of at least 24 credits of study.
4. Doctor of Philosophy
A program of study which emphasizes on academic and research development in various areas at a level higher than a master degree or a higher graduate diploma. The program consists of at least 48 credits of study for applicant with a master degree or equivalent and at least 72 credits of study for applicant with a bachelor degree or excellent academic record) or equivalent. There are 2 study plans to choose from :
- Plan 1 : Thesis only plan, where research of exceptional quality leading to novel studies are emphasized. Student may be assigned additional audit course work or activities.
Plan 1.1 - Applicant with a master degree or equivalent must take at least 48 credits for thesis.
Plan 1.2 - Applicant with a bachelor degree or equivalent must take at least 72 credits for thesis.
- Plan 2 : Combined course work and thesis plan, where research of high quality leading to academic and professional development are emphasized.
Plan 2.1 - Applicant with a master degree or equivalent must take at least 36 credits of thesis and at least 12 credits of course work.
Plan 2.2 - Applicant with a bachelor degree or equivalent must take at least 48 credits of thesis and at least 24 credits of course work.
