Pasting properties were measured according to the method of
Charutigon et al. (2008) using a RVA-3D rapid viscosity analyzer
(Newport Scientific, Australia). For the measurement, a sample
suspension was prepared by weighing sample (3.0 g, dwb) in to a
RVA canister and dispersing in water making up the total weight up
to 28 g with distilled water. The peak viscosity (PV), through viscosity (TV), final viscosity (FV), breakdown (BD), setback (SB) and
pasting temperature (PT) were recorded.
