I received an update that customer decided to renew the agreement at 140 FTE with you. As the agreement will be expired end of this month, I assume the order will be coming by next week ka?
Btw, I saw the new agreement was activated already (V6767440). Great job on that!
On another note, customer raised their concerns to me about the support they get from ASoft1 on providing training. While I understand your company doesn’t provide training, you know you can always request the support from me or work with other training partners to fulfill this.
I would suggest you monitor this closely this time as customer was considering other partners as well.
