I would like to share with everyone the new structure of our back office support departments.
Effective immediately:
1. HR and Admin departments are merged into one department, with K.Chotirat as the manager.
2. Procurement team is being created to handle all company purchases.
3. All back office department managers report directly to me
The new departments are as follows: Infrastructure, HR/Admin, Accounting/Finance, and Procurement.
Over the next several weeks all the roles and responsibilities will be finalized and communicated to the whole company.
