Responsible for welcoming, greeting and seating guests and for the service of Food & Beverage in a friendly and courteous manner. The Rain Tree Hostess will always make sure that the reservation book is correctly updated, the seating plan prepared before the service period. Looks for and reports any feedback from guests. Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates. Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.
Food & Beverage hostesses will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
