The hotel front-desk clerk, Hans Schoenberg, called several hotels in the city and located the one at which the participants were staying. He confirmed that Wong has a reservation at that hotel, called a taxi, and explained Wong's situation to the driver. Wong would like to report this exceptional service to Schoenberg's manager.
