Responsibilities:
Understand project objective thoroughly.
Define and identify project scope, cost, time, and resource needed.
Set agreement/seek approval with key stakeholders on scope, cost, time, and resource.
Gather project team and ensure that the team understand project scope, cost, time.
Develop project plan and work breakdown schedule, including resource assignment.
Interface with other IT teams to challenge proposal/solution provided, and to ensure the solution provided match with project scope, cost, and time.
Provide input for staff communications to promote the project and its activities.
Support the drive of awareness, buy-in, and sense of ownership of quality mindset throughout the organization.
Ensure successful IT project delivery within agreed scope, cost, and time.
Report project progress, risk, and issue to key stakeholders regularly, including recommendation.
Provide comments, recommendations, and feedback to team members on their performance and behavior effecting project scope, time, cost, and teamwork.
Mentor/support business users to understand and support improvements in order to achieve specified project objectives.
Seek improvement/apply on project management standards, methodology, and best practise.
Evaluate project implementation.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Project Management.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of life insurance is preferred
Solid experience in IT project management skills and processes
Excellent analytical and project implementation skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, including facilitation and negotiation skills
Willing and able to work long hours during both weekdays and weekends
Excellent in English skills
