3.1.3. Procedure of Thankuni (Centella asiatica) leaves water extract preparation:
At first Thankuni leaves were washed with distilled water properly. After washing, the leaves were dried in the sun for 10 days and followed by oven at 55-60°c for 2 days. The dried leaves were grinded with Mortar and Pestle. After grinding, 20g of Thankuni leaves powder was added to 2L of distilled water and properly boiled. By continuous boiling the initial 2 L volume was reduced 1L.

Then the solution was filtered to make water extract of Thankuni leaves after cooling. Finally extract stored in refrigerator at 40
