Containers were sealed with a semiautomatic, 3600 t/h capacity sealer (model TG 2 MRS), then sterilized in an autoclave (model VCM 03, series 128) at 115 °C for 20 min (F0 = 5.5 min and CUT = 2 min) (Stumbo, 1973).Theywere then cooled with running water and stored at roomtemperature
for 17 days.
