Ales
Ales have some traces of fruity or spicy taste and a have a hoppy finish. They are usually fuller-bodied. They come in many different varieties and are generally complex and strong with different fruit and malt scents. Ales are much darker than lagers ranging from rich gold to reddish orange in color.They are well fermented with a lot of hops in the water to give them a distinct fruity and acidic seasoning. Ales are more assertive than lagers although the alcohol content is the same.
