This procedure defines the framework for the identification, planning and provision of EH&S training and awareness at Visteon’s Facilities to ensure each employee is competent to perform tasks that may impact Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) at the workplace.

Training
7.1 Training needs shall be identified by EHS Committee and controlled by the Training Department to establish the level of environmental, health and safety knowledge and operational ability required by Visteon personnel, or persons operating on Visteon’s behalf, whose job functions may create a significant impact upon the Environment, Health and Safety, and to ensure that they are competent to undertake those functions and fulfill their responsibilities with regards to Environment, Health and Safety through appropriate education, training and / or experience. The training needs identification shall at least include:
