Thank you. The problem here is not, that we don’t know when the parts arrived in the Warehouse, or at the airport in Frankfurt.
The problem is, that we had a total transportation time of 3 weeks from Bangkok to the Warehouse in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.
Therefore we have bad results now for the return process, but we couldn’t do anything about it. We returned them as usual, but it is really not nice to have such a delay by DSV and second, that we were not informed about the delay.
Our intension is, that this delay is not happening again.
So maybe you inform the responsible persons, concerning this issue.
I hope, you can understand our point, and it won’t happen in future again.
