Our data revealed a significant variation in the percentage inhibition of DPPH radical by the supplemented diets between the range of 27.09 and 58.95%. The scavenging potential of meat from MOL diet was twice greater (Pb0.05) than GH (27.09%) followed by SC (38.35%).
