We believe one of the best ways to invest in engaged, ambitious and commited talent is through our growing graduate programme. We hired 19 grads in 2014 and have 38starting in 2015 we also utilise a global talent search -we search the globe for the best talent and relocate them. We use volume hiring recruitment campaigns, such as 2012's european 15 in 15 roadshow, where members of our talent and engineering team drove a bus through london, amsterdam,berlin and madrid to recruit 15 senior software developers in 1 days. Large campaigns such as this give us great brand presence in new markets and also allow us to source a large number of hires at one time.
