I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused your hotel, as I said, my previous credit card is lost and has been deactivated by my Bank and a New credit Card has been re-issued in replacement, which i will be forwarding to you for the refund of my money or alternatively i will be forwarding you my Bank Account details for the transfer of my money.
I do understand that you have been holding the reservations for some-day's now and might attract a cancellation fee.
