The research objective of this study shows LSE (project credibility) and directional leadership
association was found to be significant. Based on the foregoing findings, it can be concluded that the
leadership self-efficacy significantly influence the directional leadership behavior of the managers.
The leadership self-efficacy based on its dimensions shows that project credibility LSE significantly
influences directive leadership. Thus it is concluded that managers high in project credibility LSE are
found to be task oriented.
