American Association of Cereal Chemistry (AACC)
AACC International, formerly known as The American Association of Cereal Chemists (AACC), is a non-profit organization of members who are specialists in the use of cereal grains in foods. The AACC gathers and disseminates scientific and technical information for food scientists and grain-based food product manufacturers.
