Considering the magnitude of the contract/order, even a 5% commission would be quite above of what we normally are agreeing to. We hope you can understand that we also have to stay within the limits we normally work with.



If we are however able to secure the contract without giving much of a discount, we are prepared to also having you benefitting from it. In detail here is our reasoning, we want to share with you:

The proposed price of EURO 3’988’000.00 included a margin for negotiation/your commission of 2.5%. This would mean that we hardly could sign a contract for any price below 3’888’000.00. If we would include all the recommended options, the proposed price is EURO 4’264’000.00 (total price incl. margin) and the bottom line for us would then be EURO 4’157’000.00.



Considering that you have communicated a 5-10% higher price to the client than what we have proposed, we are prepared to pay you the requested 5% commission. Considering and inclusive a 5% commission for you, the final price without options would then need to be not lower than EURO 4’093’000.00 respectively with options not lower than EURO 4’376’000.00.



If you however manage to conclude a deal above EURO 4’093’000.00 / EURO 4’376’000.00 (without / with options), we would be willing that you also benefit from it.

Here is an example of what we are talking about: if we manage to sign a contract for EURO 4’500’000.00 (incl. the recommended options), this would be EURO 124’000.00 above our bottom line of EURO 4’376’000.00 (whereas this bottom line already includes the 5% commission for you – see above). We then would be willing to share the figure above the bottom line equally between you and us, i.e. EURO 62’000.00 for both parties. In this example you would end up with a total commission of almost EURO 281’000.00 or 6.24% (calculated from EURO 4.5 Mio.).
