In our study, the energy
allocation for excretion was the highest in B treatment and the energy
allocation for respiration was also higher than in BG, which led to low
energy allocation for growth and poor growth of shrimp. In contrast,
the energy allocation for respiration of shrimps in BG treatment was the
lowest while the energy allocation for growth was highest, which might
be another reason for the better growth of shrimps in BG treatment..
