And weight loss you must have the goal to do and you must be ready both physically and you have to eat 5 food group but must focus on fruits and vegetables in order to make defecate convenient and useful to the body you must to reduce the fried food . you should eat breakfast because breakfast is the most important and our body needs energy to do activities each day and you should exercise regularly in order to keep good health but don't exercise too hard because our body are worse than ever. if you follow the instruction on your on your definitely health.
