Results were expressed as amean±SEM, n = 8 of the percentage
muscle relaxation. The percent change of nerve conduction, amplitude
and duration of the compound nerve action potential were
also expressed as a mean±SEM, n = 6. Significant differences were
analyzed by SPSS 11 for windows followed by a Tukey test for comparison
of more than two groups and independent-samples t test
