Several studies conduct on participative management and job satisfaction, result of these studies show that participation motivate employees, employees recognize themselves and their values which ultimately increase job satisfaction. However some studies against participative management like theory X McGregor’s, 1960) assumed that almost all human beings inherently dislike and avoids to do work if possible, those people should be directed, controlled and threatened by punishment. In contrast McGregor offered theory Y which assume “ there is natural motivation in people from which they derive satisfaction that people are capable of self direction and self control, that achievement of organization goals offer ego and self actualization benefit, that people accept responsibility if it is offered.”
