companies.” “We always ask ourselves questions… We reflect a lot over what we do. There is little
copy/paste work in what we do,” and so they seem to be obliged to innovate as a matter of course. Staff
rotates a lot, and with new people and new knowledge come new ideas. Casa de la Paz does not have a
very rigid structure. Staff is also very diverse – some people have been working at Casa de la Paz for 12
years; others are freshly minted graduates”
